Recital of the Reptiles. Vannama describes the movements of crawling animals as it depicts a day in the life of serpents. The serpent with body brightly speckled, prays on frogs and even on other serpents. It crawls everywhere. The cobra, the king of serpents, emerges out of the hole and with the hood raised assumes various forms.

Lankan traditional drum and dance music which he tries to link with modern styles. He has also lectured at the Royal College of Music.
He and his wife, Chandrakanthi Shilpadhipathi, a talented dancer and a folk singer, have delighted audiences in more than 30 countries.
